The main line of Li County (Dongyue Temple)—Changde Section is 111.84 km long in total; the section from the starting point to Xiaowupu (K0+000-K82+1500) has a design speed of 100 km/h, with a subgrade width of 26.0 m; the section from Xiaowupu to the end point (K82+150-K111+673.159) section has a design speed of 120 km/h, with a subgrade width of 28 m; the north branch connecting line of Changde North (LK2+840-LK20+711.9) has a design speed of 100 km/h, with a subgrade width of 26.0 m. As one part of the Li County (Dongyue Temple)—Changde Section, the specification for this section is a fully-closed, fully-grade-separated, two-way four-lane expressway with an asphalt concrete surface. The line is 56.38 km long in total, with the start-end stake no. K0+000-K56+380. The surfacing construction scope mainly comprises of paving works (an asphalt concrete surface layer, shoulder ridging, cement pavement at the toll stations, cement concrete pavement for interchange ramps, bridge-approach transitional cement concrete slabs); surface drainage (shoulder drainage, medial strip drainage) and ancillary works along the contract section.
